Victoria King is a writer based in Northern New South Wales. She has written two novels, “Burnt Milk” and “Drowning”. She won the Ballina poetry for refugees competition in 2020. The poem was published in the journal “Coolabah” – https://revistes.ub.edu/index.php/coolabah. Several of her short plays have been shortlisted in regional competitions, including her play “Siblings,” which came second in the Hot Shorts playwriting competition in 2023. She is also currently working on a book of fables to support leadership in organisations.

Beyond her writing, Victoria is an Executive coach, working with CEOs to develop their leadership and change agendas. Her experiences coaching neurodiverse leaders led her to the character of Caroline, in her novel “Burnt Milk.”
